Goal:
By the end of the year, each PI will have a set of tools that they need to manage their research group in a concerted manner, a habit of commiting a discrete amount of time each week to management and administrative needs so that tasks are completed efficiently and sustainably, and a cohort of faculty that they can access for feedback, resources, and constructive discussion.
