Goal:

To operationalize group norms and procedures while establishing membership guidelines for the “Mentorship Network for Global Issues” at NU. This involves setting meeting schedules, participation modes, and overall expectations. Additionally, the group aims to identify a sequence of global issues, expert facilitators, and key opinion leaders for consecutive years. They plan to measure the impact of group participation on member success metrics, including collaborative projects, grant applications, student engagement, participant retention, and overall satisfaction through surveys. Furthermore, the group intends to foster social interaction among members through Boston-based events and aims to share their mentoring experience with the NU community by creating a procedures document and a white paper for publication.
