All full-time faculty are invited to join an ADVANCE Faculty Networks to develop professionally by cultivating connections with faculty throughout the university.
Facilitators will guide networks through enriching, engaging dialogues that foster professional growth.
A variety of role- and topic-based groups will be offered. In-person, hybrid, and virtual options are available to meet the diverse needs of faculty throughout the global campuses.

Getting Ready for Full-Time Non-Tenure Track Promotion

This ADVANCE Faculty Network is open to all full-time non-tenure track faculty working towards promotion to associate and full. Guided by expert facilitators, this group will help faculty learn about the promotion process, prepare their dossiers, and work towards their professional goals.
