Career Advancement

Grow and Achieve

We support faculty growth at every career stage through a variety of professional development opportunities. Our workshops and career advancement resources are tailored to help faculty refine their skills, pursue new challenges, and achieve their professional goals.

Faculty Development Workshops

Our faculty development workshops are designed to help faculty thrive—professionally and personally—at every career stage. Grounded in leading research and developed in collaboration with faculty, these sessions address real-world challenges and evolving demands in academia and beyond. Whether focused on practical skills like launching a lab or strategies for enhancing mental well-being and productivity, each workshop offers actionable guidance to make the complex work of faculty life more efficient, effective, and sustainable. With an eye toward institutional context and global shifts in higher education, our workshops equip faculty with the tools they need to grow, lead, and succeed.
